Required Credentials for Contracting
To enter into a Business-to-Business (1099) agreement with Great Future Group LLC, providers must maintain:
Active BACB Certification (BCBA / BCaBA / RBT) or Florida License.
Active Level 2 Background Screening clearinghouse status with AHCA.
Active Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance policy.
Active Florida NPI Number and registered business entity.
