Intake and admission

Your journey begins with our Clinical Manager, who will guide you through the admission process for your child's Behavior Analysis Services. Please prepare these essential documents:

A Referral/Order and Letter of Medical Necessity from a neurologist, developmental pediatrician, psychologist, or psychiatrist, specifying ABA Therapy (or Behavior Analysis) and including the diagnosis and code.
A Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) from a psychologist, psychiatrist, neurologist, or an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) with a Psychoeducational Evaluation.

We'll then submit all required documents for admission to your payer.

An admissions specialist engaging in a phone conversation, actively documenting details during an intake call for new admissions.

Initial assessment

During an initial ABA assessment, a therapist observes a young child's engagement with an educational toy, with a parent present, to understand the child's needs.

During the initial assessment, our clinical team will work hand-in-hand with your family to create a customized behavior plan tailored to your child's needs. This plan is then submitted for authorization. As soon as it's approved, we'll reach out to schedule the commencement of services, getting your child started on their journey.
